We’re looking for a founding Associate — someone who lives to solve problems, move fast, and build aggressively with AI.

This is not a 9-to-5 job. It’s a startup grind, a sprint-marathon. We’re building something big, and we need someone all-in — ambitious, relentless, and hungry to win.

What you’ll be doing:

• CEO Support including calendar and email management where necessary

• Own operations end-to-end: from process design to execution.

• Build in-house AI tools & agents to supercharge productivity across sales, marketing, and internal ops. We want fewer manual processes, more automation.
  Streamline revenue ops: plug in with the founders on sales pipelines, lead gen, CRM, and closing gaps with data + automation.

• Run financial reporting, budgeting, and fundraising support like a second brain to the founding team.

• Jump into whatever needs doing — product ops, finance, team hiring, investor decks, analytics — you name it.

Who you are:

• AI-native: you know your way around ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion, etc. Bonus if you can prompt-engineer or spin up custom AI agents.
  

• You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see the gaps, and you fill them.
  

• You’re obsessed with efficiency and execution — and know how to track it to ROI.
  

• You’re willing to put in the hours, weekends if needed — because you're driven by impact, not clocking out.
